DNAPL Site Strategies Overview
Sites contaminated by chlorinated solvents present a remediation challenge. Chlorinated solvents are among the most difficult groundwater contaminants to remediate, especially at sites with dense, non-aqueous-phase liquid (DNAPL) still present in the source zone.
