EnvGuide (Environmental Educational Information Platform)
UCEEF won the 2016 MDCP (Market Development Cooperator Program) Award by US Department of Commerce. The MDCP Award is supported by the US Department of Commerce International Trade Administration with financial and technical resources from the US government. Based on this award, UCEEF is building EnvGuide, an environmental information platform. The EnvGuide environmental information platform is a bridge between the United States and China for the exchange of technology and equipment, so that the environment-related enterprises in the two countries are able to share environmental technology, the industry’s latest environmental advice and case studies on the platform. Furthermore, the site aims to introduce suitable technologies and equipment to China in order to better promote the healthy development of Chinese environmental market.
The U.S.-China Environmental Education Foundation Incorporated (UCEEF) was formed in January of 2013 for the purpose of promoting environmental education. A 501 (c) (3) Corporation , UCEEF has its goal set for establishment of a better understanding of the need for environmental education for ensuring of our quality of life. UCEEF will achieve this goal by supporting students interested in environmental studies, research projects that further environmental protection, and public education on environmental awareness and protection. Furthermore, its goal is to build the bridge of cooperation between U.S. and China environmental organizations and industries through the understanding of cultures and business

As one of EnvGuide’s partners, the USEPA provides EnvGuide technical and informational support. In order to ensure EnvGuide timeliness and authority, some news and environmental information are directly translated from the USEPA website by environmental professionals.

International Trade Administration (ITA), as a part of The United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) is the premier resource for American companies competing in the global marketplace. ITA has 2,100 employees assisting U.S. exporters in more than 100 U.S. cities and 72 countries worldwide. The mission of the ITA is to create prosperity by strengthening the international competitiveness of U.S. industry, promoting trade and investment, and ensuring fair trade and compliance with trade laws and agreements. EnvGuide’s owner, UCEEF, won a Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) award from the ITA to build an environmental information site – EnvGuide – that will act as a bridge between the US and China in environmental education cooperation and environmental technology. EnvGuide will introduce suitable environmental technology and equipment to China and will promote and support the development of China’s environmental market.

The Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) is a program of the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) with operational management from Environmental Research Institute of States (ERIS). As State-led program, 50 state environmental agencies, Puerto Rico, and District of Columbia have been members of ITRC.
ITRC publishes documents that broaden and deepen technical knowledge and expedite quality decision-making, and to eliminate barriers to the use of innovative environmental technologies and approaches when faced with environmental challenges.
ITRC documents are written and reviewed by teams of environmental professionals, including state and federal environmental regulators, federal agency representatives, industry experts, community stakeholders, and academia. With private and public sector members from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, ITRC documents truly provide a national perspective.

ASTM International is an international standards organization founded in 1898 that develops and publishes voluntary consensus technical standards for a wide range of materials, products, systems, and services. Through the creation of standards, ASTM International helps people raise awareness and promotes the development of industry standards. ASTM International works closely with EnvGuide and provides EnvGuide authoritative information and data support.
