UCEEF Donates 1,600 Pieces of Surgical Face Masks to the Caring for Life Adult Day Care Center

States are opening as a growing number of COVID-19 vaccines are becoming available. Even so, protection is still needed, especially for older people, who are at greater risk of being infected. CDC recommends every person 2 years and older to wear masks in public. Masks can help people protect themselves when venturing out. On April 2nd  2021, the U.S.-China Environmental Education Foundation (UCEEF), a 501 (c) (3) Corporation whose headquarters is located in New Jersey, donated 1,600 ASTM Level 2 surgical face masks to the Caring for Life Medical Adult Day Care Center. UCEEF is keeping abreast of the information for those in need and will continue to make donations.

UCEEF (www.uceef.org) was incorporated in January of 2013 with the purpose of promoting environmental education, both in the US and China.  The COVID-19 pandemic has provided a challenge that people around the world are facing in the age of globalization.  Because of this the UCEEF Team will collaborate with communities to fight COVID-19 and save lives.

Since COVID-19 broke out in January2019, the UCEEF team has summarized and posted information about the pandemic, provided protective recommendations, and other related information to draw people’s attention and remind communities about the need to take precautions.
